Yesterday was a bust. Not only did I splurge on a huge burger and fries, I also ate 1/2 bag of Family Serving size Lays chips and 1/2 bag of Pepperidge Farm Chessman cookies. No surprise that I gained 3 pounds this morning. At least I didn't buy my usual caramels and pies at the Farmers Market yesterday. Today is a new day :-

I can totally relate to your splurge yesterday. I can't even have chips around the house...because I LOVE them. So no chips instead yesterday I ate the best Ben and Jerry's flavor ice cream ever Carmel Sutra. Lol Yes today is a new day.

Haha - I love B&J's Carmel Sutra too! I try to keep junk food out of the house, but it's just so easy to go up the block and stock up. At least we are trying.
