Day 85. No movement this week. Not surprised . This happens every couple of weeks. Exercise has been lacking this week. Like today, it is still dark out and raining. I have to be at Homestead Miami Speedway at 7 am for Cadillac ATS V training. Could be a FUN day. Keep your eye on the prize even when the scale doesn't move. One day at a time!! Have a great day everyone!!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
