Tonight was the second time I was able to complete the whole hot yoga class!!! So that means Tuesday wasn't a fluke. Woo-hoo!

I've got a goal to get to my 180 lb goal by Thursday and with two pounds to go, I decided to reduce my RDI by 200 calories. Hopefully I'll be down to 180 by my next weigh-in. So, I'm eating 1500 cals/day.

What's hot yoga? But woohoo congratulations!!! Two pounds wi be a cake walk :P Getting a new goal afterwards??

Hot Yoga is yoga done in a room that is heated to about 105-degrees. It helps you become more limber, but it also makes you lose weight. A regular yoga class burns about 250 cals, this yoga class burns about 600 cals. :-)
