Bad news is that my new scale is over by 3 lbs so my old weight increased when I weighed in on my new scale. The good news is I still lost weight. Need to do more activity. Feeling better though.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 106.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
