People ask me now all the time "how did you do it?"
I think looking back at the last 7 months I have followed these simple rules ...
1. cut back on junk food specially sugars
2. replace my cereal and bars with better choices (those with high protein and low fat content)
3. tried to replace fatty foods with protein (and often going homemade is the best thing you can do to achieve this ... cook at home ... experiment with recipes ... love your body)
3. setting boundaries for my calorie intake (I limited my calorie intake to 1800 give and take and YES I did cheat once a week or so)
4. tried to be more active ... take a walk break (BUT I did NOT exercise my butt off)
5. encouraged myself by bringing out old clothes and trying them on to see if they fit ... they eventually did and what an AMAZING feeling that was!!!!

6. remind myself everyday that I am doing this FOR ME FIRST

... and honestly it was not hard after the 1st week. I am now 59kg one more kilo away from my goal weight. It has been a blast!
