Got my workout out of the way this morning! Feeling great!!! Fasting blood sugar still higher than I would have liked but I will take 8.8 instead of 10+. Baby steps!

Yoga with Tony Horton's P90X-3! I loved it! Mainly because it is only 30 minutes and it had all of my favourite moves. Nothing crazy. My left shoulder is very weak and it hurt to strech across and over my thigh. Just means I have to do this workout at least once a week if not more.

Yesterday was cheat day. It was a great experience, and I mean that in a very good way. Had 2 patries and felt sick as hell, reminding me why I need to stay away from crap like that! Going forward, decided to cheat day with fruity protein shakes or low carb, zero sugar treats like home made peanut butter cookies instead of floury sugary treats.

Eventually and very hopefully, I will be able to exist without a cheat day.
