Dawn phenonmenon showing signs of improvement?
Yesterday my FBS was 8.7 at 5ish am. Today at 6:55am it is 8.9. Usually, DP makes it go much much higher so I think I need to exercise patience and let the body heal itself in its good time so long as I don't add 'sweets' to the wound!
The scale may or not show fatloss but my clothes are already feeling better. This in 1 week of being serious about diet and workout! Oh joy!!!!
Woke up just before 7:00am, just before the alarm.Wanted to sleep some more but I do feel rested. Was not able to workout this morning but will after work. Insanity Max - Friday Fight.
Update: Took everything I got but managed to log the last workout of the week from iMax30!!! I feel sooo good!!!!!!
