I went off my 4:3 Fast Diet for a week. I will post my official weight in my weigh-in tomorrow morning. I have not recorded any proper food diary entries this past week since it was considered as an uncontrolled eating week and I am 100% sure that it will result in weight gain. I will start my 4:3 again from tomorrow. It will be very interesting to see how much weight I gained from following a week of what I would be doing every week if I was not concerned about my health and weight. Taking control of our eating is the most important factor to weight loss and this will probably be highlighted by tomorrow's weigh-in :)

I agree, taking control of our eating is the most important factor. It is not easy but if you try to have healthy meals 80% of the time, it shows!
