Down a little today!
213.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1085 kcal Fat: 32.91g | Prot: 35.47g | Carb: 167.84g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's Rice Krispies Treats (22g), Great Value Apples & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal. Lunch: Peach, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Birds Eye Stir-fry Vegetables, Birds Eye Steamfresh Whole Grain Brown Rice, Ling Ling All Natural Potstickers chicken and vegetable. Dinner: Bacon, Loin Pork Roast, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Borden Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Okra, Jiffy Cornbread, Pinto Beans (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other: Act II Kettle Corn Microwave Popcorn. more...
