Downward motion, yay! C25K Week 8 Day 1 yesterday, felt good! Woke up a little sore and tired this morning, but in a good way. :) My times were 10m57s for mile 1, 11m30s for mile 2, and the last half mile at a 11m/mile pace.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
