RUMBA

U.

Understandable:
A target should always be understandable.

this seems so logical, that i bet some of you are smiling. But there are goals that really do not comply with this rule! Not only must you understand what you want yourself to do (or if you set a goal for another person that person must understand what you are putting down) But it can also not be explained in any other way.

examples of wrong targets:
1. i think i want to lose weight, maybe!
2. i want to lose a lot of kilo's.
3. i want to be the best version of ME.
examples of reasonable targets:
1. i want to lose weight!
2. i want to lose 30 kilo!
3. i want to improve myself.

These targets are still not good targets. They may be understandable but still they are not measurable.

tomorrow i will explain what that means.

Love this - goals are very important and the more specific the better. They give us vision and motivation.
