5#'s this week I am happy. I have now lived under 900 calories a day for the past three weeks with a total of 18 pounds dropped. I am going to take it to 1100 calories for the next couple of weeks and try to exercise which has been lacking these first three weeks. My only noticeable change other than losing the weight is in stamina. My wife's a little worried but I feel pretty good overall.
