4 minutes on the row machine

SUPERSET

Seated Calf Press: sets of 12, 12, 12
Walking Lunges: Sets of 40, 40, 40

4 minutes on the row machine

Will be 64 next month. I began my journey 3 years ago. So, yeah Chad, stay with it and don't wait until you're an olden goldie. Consider yourself lucky you've gotten with the program. Kudos to your brother-in-law who influenced you.
