Feeling a bit better now that I am back on my way down.This helps to give me the courage to keep going. This has really been hard with the fact that two of the medications I am taking are known to cause weight gain. However, in spite of that I am determined to really drop the wight to my goal.I believe that right now I feel quite unhealthy in part due to my weight and reaching my goal of losing 40 lbs. will help me to feeling healthy again. Of course that coupled with some exercise. At 62 I think that would be a great accomplishment. Wish me luck.
