Restart today after having Hip replacement Surgery 6 weeks ago I put a tad bit of weight on but nothing major... So Today I am committing to journaling and recording every bite I choose. Maintaining monitering food portions etc. Back on Track because its not coming off any other way without Committment on my part.
Feeling Encouraged and I think Im going to read the community forums and such for motivation..

Good to see your post. I feel theres teeth gritted but theres a smile too :) How is your hip? I haven't had such an op, so I haven't a clue..... But wishing you the very best matey :)
