This week was a medium week, I went to see my shrink about the depression I have been experiencing and he advised that these lows will happen with my conditions and prescribed something new. As for the emotional eating he warned me that some of the meds I take will cause an increase in my appetite but that once the depression clears I will have my usual self-control returning so I shouldn't worry.

I am happy to report that I am starting to feel better mentally, it is still an uphill battle as it won't go away overnight. Physically on the other hand this week has been a different story my fibro had been giving me fits, so I kinda can't win for losing. So between trying to balance emotional eating and not getting much in for exercise this week, I am not surprised at the gain.

I am trying to remember to log my food so I can try to stay within my calorie limits for the day, but I am finding hard to log the homemade food I cook and I sometimes just forget to log my food, I downloaded the app so hopefully this week will be better for that.

Again I just want to thank everyone who has supported me. I love coming to this site and reading your comments and finding the support I need.
