One week out of town - no recording of food and both lunch and dinner with family or friends. Just gave thought to how much I was eating - amazed to loose two pounds! Must have been the extra movement.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1160 kcal Fat: 44.09g | Prot: 53.99g | Carb: 121.32g.   Breakfast: Kozy Shack Bread Pudding, Strawberries with Sugar, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Lunch: Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Sargento Colby Jack Cheese Sticks, Tomatoes. Dinner: Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potatoes, Tomatoes, Lamb Chop. Snacks/Other: Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries, Pendleton Whisky, Wal-Mart Bakery Sugar Free Sliced Lemon Creme Cake. more...
