So I got on the scale last night, which by the way, I found out is the worst time to weigh yourself. I cringed. I kept having to encourage myself. I felt like a huge baby. When I got on and I had a loss of 2 pounds I was really proud of myself for going through with it. Maybe next time it will be a little easier!

I always weigh (naked) first thing in the morning after I have been to the loo! I need all the help I can get, I would even take my glasses off if I could read the scales without them!
