Came through the first 2 weeks of OWL with a net loss of 1.2 lbs and am pleased. have incorporated nuts and berries into my diet and am still losing. Still struggle to eat over 25 g net carbs consistently.
This week am adding Greek yogurt and with the high net carb count should reach daily target without too much trouble.
Am still attempting to eat this way while also keeping calorie count under or near 1300 daily. I know Atkins doesn't require caloric restriction and I won't obsess on this, but I will see if it can be done while following carb guidelines and not allowing myself to be hungry. So far, hunger has not been an issue nor have cravings developed to any great degree.
