No change in weight but lots of inches lost. Am in process of adding carbs back into diet. Have added nuts and berries but have not gotten 25-27 net carb increase daily yet. I didn't walk as much this week and it shows. Overall. I'm satisfied with my week, hope to lose a little next week.
