Went to a BBQ yesterday, and I'm pretty proud of myself for striking the balance between deprivation and overindulgence. I was pleasantly full, and ate some of everything I wanted, but I didn't eat until "stuffed." Still not exactly a low-calorie day, but I'm happy to not beat myself over it.
