Didn't record my weight yesterday, because it seemed artificially low (5 pounds fewer than 3 days prior). I always seem to weigh less the week after my period, but it rebounds within a few days. I'm on a constant dosage birth control, so I wonder what effects it has on hormonally based weight fluctuations. It seems like I shouldn't have the same fluctuations as someone going through the normal ovulation cycle.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
