Well, this blows chunks...
The clinic shows I gained two pounds over the week.
between having a biscuit/gravy, 2 over easy eggs, bacon, coffee on sunday at the moose lodge and making my mussels ache Monday at the gym on the row machine (BTW, done properly that dang thing can really make you feel it!)I backslid...

I'm starting to contemplate the thought that maybe I could drop below 200#? what do think?

Well sore muscles usually means they are retaining water to help them heal, which can show on the scale as a temporary gain. A couple of eggs and bacon won't make you gain unless you had a huge amount of calories during the week. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.

I'm 6'6" (or suppose to be..)but after three broken legs (Tib/fib right, femur left, tibial plateau/knee right) I'm 6'5" on one leg and 6'4" on the other.. getting knee fixed was part of the reason to push so hard to lose the weight.

water retention is what the weight center doc said whebn i went in for my weekly check in.

I love the rowing machine! It is a great workout and takes practice and time to get used to doing.
