Well, this blows chunks... The clinic shows I gained two pounds over the week. between having a biscuit/gravy, 2 over easy eggs, bacon, coffee on sunday at the moose lodge and making my mussels ache Monday at the gym on the row machine (BTW, done properly that dang thing can really make you feel it!)I backslid...
I'm starting to contemplate the thought that maybe I could drop below 200#? what do think?
