After bloating Back to nearly 216, I've finally come down and broke the 215 barrier (again) but by a more significant number this time. Looks like I'm one my way...
This morning I went with the neighbor to the sunday breakfast over at the moose lodge, had 3 over easy aggs, 3 bacon, one 5"x 1/4" pancake (no syrup)but a 1/2 cup of gravy (eggs on pancake so yoke soaks into it, gravy over all)... MMMMM, hate to think what this will do to me in the next 36 hours. But this is my one splurge and I kept it reasonable I think.
But I know the result soon enough if even this deviation screws it all up.
