Hope you all had a great weekend!
Mine was pretty productive, and really good as far as my food choices.
Sunday morning was HE** on earth. First, even though it was on a cookie sheet, my quiche spilled over top a little. So, I had to clean the oven before I could finish cooking that. After several other frustrating situations, the weekend turned out okay :)
The vet appointments for Sarge and Scrat went wonderfully. He thinks Sarge has a soft tissue injury, but is still a little suspicious of a tick borne illness, so gave us some anti-biotics and anti-inflammatory.
Today, I did forget my lunch, and the lemon for my water, but I was lucky to have protein bars at work. I am going to Curves today, so will have almonds before I go there. I find I work a lot harder if I have protein before exercising.
I'm really trying to lose a dress size by October!
