Happy Hump Day!
It has been forever since I've written, but I have been trying to keep up with my buddies' journals. I've had county and state fair back to back, so any spare time has been spent on painting. Not much of an excuse, but all I've got :)
I'm doing great with food and water, but not so much with exercise. I'm really hoping to get back to Curves next week. I have been getting 30 minutes of kickboxing at home 3x per week, plus walking the stairs at work, so am moving.
