I have not stopped working out but did fall off the eating better wagon. I don't eat horribly at each meal but I know I could improve.

I gained weight *sigh*
I am almost back at my heaviest.. but I still fit in my smallest size clothes so I know it is bad that I have gained weight but I think my fat has been distributed differently this time.

So I am getting back on the wagon, because the only way I fail is if I quit.
