I went off while on vacation to the east coast. When we got back I wasn't just having treats, I ate whatever I wanted for my birthday, I pigged out big time. I've been back on track for about a week. Fri July 31st I was 155 lbs. Finally back to eating less and healthier. It was hard but I had to say bye to the peanut M&Ms and Mayo cake. I have been getting sick a lot lately so I haven't started working out again yet. I hope I start feeling better soon on top of that I need to go see the dentist. Praying it all gets better.
