I am getting back to LCHF, I have been not feeling well and I am pretty sure its how I have been eating. I was so much better before, weight loss aside. I had been keeping carbs to 100ish so I will drop them to about 50 this week and then go lower next week. I did miss me my fat bombs.

I started this yesterday. I have to learn to make those fat bombs. LOL! Thanks for note. It helped convince me this is the right course. Hugs!

Well, Nich, you know how I feel about LCHF and ketogenic. The longer I follow it, the less I want the carbs...but it is so amazing that once I eat a few extra carbs on a special meal day - all the cravings kick back in and I feel lousy. Running the body on ketones just makes sense to me and feels like so much better energy. If we think about it, our ancestors ate fat and protein and maybe a few berries and seeds. I guess our bodies are just not adapted for grains.

One skirt and and finishing up the arms on 1 of 3 blouses. Now I have the pretties I really need to make a pair of jeans, sweat/yoga pants and some wrap skirts. They just aren't as much fun. Fall will be here before we know it and I am at least a couple sizes smaller than last year. I am certainly not complaining lol.

Yeah HCB thats the thing, since I started eating vegetarian, high carb I have been spiraling down. Its time to say "enough is enough!".
