Day 43. I stepped on the scale 4 times to verify this weigh in. I am extremely pleased. The highs and lows of weight loss. Today is Kiwanis meeting day which means a stop at Golden Coral.No worries , they have great vegetables. Have a great day everyone!!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
