I haven't been on here since July 23, 2014. I forgot about doing this, but now I am eating healthy and working out at the gym 3 times per week. I had a really bad MS attack, in 2013 and lost some use in the right side of my Brain which left me with not being able to remember some things, well actually a lot of things and some people :-(
183.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome back! Sounds like even if you haven't been online here you've been doing some healthy things. Hang in there with the MS - my middle daughter has it, several brain lesions, and it's tough when she gets flare ups.
