I continue to undermine my efforts daily. It's almost as if I purposefully sabotage myself in fear of success. What's up with that?! I find myself obsessed with thoughts of food. and I'm not even hungry!! That's the kicker! Anyway, I refuse to give way to my weakness. I love this app and answering to my food diary for calories. I can totally see that my love of wine has got to go! Lol My walking is going good. I like that. My mind is strong. I have my goal for the cruise my hubby's taking me on. Focus. Love. Gratitude.
