Day 36! Weigh in!! 236.6. Exactly what I though and calculated. Oatmeal banana and egg for breakfast. 3 mile walk in one hour. A loss is a loss is a loss.1-3 a week from here on out. Eye on the prize! Have a great day everyone!!
263.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I cannot slip up and have 1 dirt soft drink. If I do I back full fledge drinking the darn things. I have to really discipline myself on that. Will be glad though when I get my foot looked after. I really think the meds I take for that hinders me some.
