Re-energize's Journal, 28 July 2015

Ok, guess I should accept it, holding my own not bad but would like to see a drop or 2....This is my third week of going Vegan and liking it very much, was not sure I could do it but feeling so charged with energy....Although there is still meat and dairy around my house due to hubby, he has been a great help, cooking his own meat...what a champ!
I guess the body has to adjust to the new way of eating, definitely more carbs than what I had been eating (Atkins) but Atkins say Vegan can be done on their plan, just needs to be adjusted to make sure all nutrients are required in meal plans..Carbs, Proteins, Fiber, Fat.
So will wait another week and hope body will soon make the change and show a drop in the scale..sometimes very frustrating but will try and find the patients to give it time, they say give it time...Hummmmmmmm! LOL

It's hard to be patient when you want to see a reward for you efforts. Give it a few weeks and if the scale still doesn't move then this diet plan is not for you.
