This is definitely not going in the right direction, but I can't complain as I haven't had a consistent workout in the last two weeks. I do feel like I've lost some inches though. If only I could find my darn tape measure to confirm that!
232.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
