Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water each day...I notice you record no drinks much. Water will help displace some of the hunger which as a large man is needed when not eating calories to sustain your present weight. Also other benefits...

Actually I drink plenty of water, I just do not record most of the water I drink. I am drinking approximately 5 to 6 20oz bottles every day. Thank you for your tip though.

Thanks Gwen, now if I can get the weight to start dropping, but one step at a time. Now that I am regaining control over my diabetes I can start to focus on the weight loss which will in turn solidify my control over the blood sugars. I know that this is a journey not a quick trip. I took years of work to get where I was so it will take work to reverse it all.
