Been making yogurt ice cream for my husband it’s easy and healthy no sugar added! 2 cups yogurt about 1/3 cup heavy cream any flavors you want throw it in a ice cream machine in about 30 minutes you’ve got yogurt ice cream!

Honestly, it’s ~300 g frozen strawberries, I scoop protein powder, stevia and xanthan gum. A little water at the bottom. Turn the bassomatic on high and that’s what came out. Not fancy, just good.

I've never seen xanthan gum in stores. Where do you buy it?

Healthy food stores and Amazon. You do not need very much. Just a pinch. .
