Well my weigh in was only .5 pounds but I have to be happy with it considering the kind of week I had. I feel like at the rate I'm loosing I'll never break below the 160s and I really want to I've got to try harder. I know I'm not getting enough exercise but I am upping that little by little so I'll see.
You know I feel thinner today, I should have measured myself when I started but I couldn't face doing that but it might have helped me feel better about things now.
I will continue because I need and want this and I'll deal with the things that come up the best I can. Everyone has things come up and they make it work so I can to.
I have to keep reminding myself how bad I felt eating carbs and that helps.
