I had such a busy day yesterday I didn't even log my food. I did ok but it's not good for me to not log.

I had a Dr appointment for my back after we went over the MRI he said we were doing the correct approach to it. It isn't going to be helped with any type of surgery. I suspect that from reading my report myself. I was hoping to get off the muscle relaxers and pain meds because their slowing my weight loss but I still need them for now. So for now exercise is walking and gentle yoga.

My trip to Sandys is delayed by about 3 weeks because the cancer Dr wants to do some more test to make sure they check all the places it could be but at least she told her it's very treatable which is good. The delay in going will give me a chance to get another eye Dr appointment in so I can have something set when I come back.

Say a prayer for my x- husband he had the funeral for his wife today, it took so long because they had to wait for the Medical Examiner to release her. This has been very hard on my son also because he saw her die and it was a hard thing to see. She Over dosed on a street drug and it must have been awful for both of them to deal with just pray for them. I know it's strange to some that he and I are good friends once we got past the anger but it happens.
