Well here I am back at 285. Gained back 40 lbs I lost unfortunately! at least didn't gain all 70 back. Lost 11 lbs in the last 2 weeks by using Omni drops I had left over - had got back up to 296. I just need to live and eat healthy and periodically do a round of HCG. HCG really was a miracle worker for me - it kicked started my weight loss in a way I never would have dreamed of. However, I have been unable to find the same version that I ordered before. I just ordered Triumph HCG based on highest reviews and hope that it works. I will not begin it until I can do the entire 21 day cycle (I do 21 days instead of the 26 since it seems to be best for me personally). Headed to family's house this week and know I won't be able to fully engage in the program until Sunday. Counting calories this week and using Omni drops periodically to try to maintain or lose a small amount of weight before Sunday. I am praying for strength and better health!!

285.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
