I so thought I was on the up side...went to a wedding reception last night and overdid it on the salad, salt, and chicken! still a loss! gosh I love this diet !!! if I can do this, anyone can!!!
165.6 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It did work-so so well!!! Thank you so much for that-I will always have that if I ever encounter a stall again! I was just giddy that I looked that good in a dress! Thank you so much again!!!
