Happy Thursday!
I'm just checking in since it's been quite a while. We have had so much going on, and unfortunately my FS activity is usually the lowest priority. I'm still eating right, drinking lots of water, and going to the gym, but haven't had time to journal.
It's been 100+ here for several days, so there is no outdoor activity to speak of, except for morning walks with the dogs.

Haven't seen any comments for awhile, had been wondering how you were doing. I seem to have to keep tracking to stay one track. Journals are a good way for me to make sure I keep exercise in the fore front especially since I don't log exercise.

Same here. It really helps me to journal. I do try to log my food, exercise, and water just to keep me from mindlessly snacking. I eat a lot of whole foods, so I do try to gorge on veggies if I'm in snacking mode, lol.
