Good morning and happy Monday!
I hope everyone had a great 4th of July holiday!
We had a cookout, and had a big selection, but I managed to behave for the most part. I did make a great dessert. It wasn't exactly healthy, but wasn't high in calories or sugar either, so overall it was a success :) DH went nuts over it, so I'll definitely make it again.
I brought my workout clothes for Curves, and will go immediately after work today. I've started on my first 30 oz bottle of water with lemon, so off to a good start!
Have a healthy, successful day!

I am glad you had a good 4th. What kind of desert did you make? It sound's like you had a good start to your Monday and week.

Hi JJ - I made a trifle with lemon pound cake, fresh blueberries, strawberries, and homemade whipped cream (no sugar added). It was patriotic and delish! :) Hope you have a great week.

That does sound DElicious! I hope you are starting your week on a high note. How do you make homemade whip without sugar added?

Definitely starting the week on a high note :) I just buy the heavy whipping cream, and whip that without adding any sugar. The pound cake and fruit made it sweet enough, thankfully!
