having a difficult time keeping up with my motivation to do this. it slowly just slips away. uh.

Do you have another goal? Fitness, something you want to be able to do that you cannot manage because of your weight or physical conditioning? I'm now working to get a granny six pack, a challenge from my 15 yo granddaughter to match hers. That means I have to put these peanuts away.

Haha your funny yeah my husband and hit the gym nearly everyday and he pushes me which i like. I just got back onto eating healthier so now its just taking it one day at a time. My goal is to havr tinner arms and legs and stomach. One day.
