What a releif. I was worried that my cheat last night would have an adverse affect on my weigh in for today. Fortunately it appears "No harm no foul" since I'm back down to my lowest weight so far. I attribute that to the extra activity I've been putting in over the week which just serves as further proof that while diet is important, regular exercise is even more so. I'm now motivated even more to keep up with my regular gym time and staying diligent with monitoring my food intake.
