I didn't have a very good balance of complex carbos as I usually do throughout the day and was very late getting home to make dinner. Couple that with overall stress of my afternoon and evening going completly ary and my diet for the day went with it. I turned to one of my comfort foods, Taco Bell. Normally I'd be conservative and order just one thing off the fresco menu but, throwing caution to the wind I also induldged in a cheesy bean and rice burrito. It was good but, not so good as to be worth 20g of fat by itself (Ouch). I'm not going to beat myself up over it and let one bad day mess up nearly a month of work so far. Back on the wagon with me for tommorrow with an extra 10min on the eliptical at the gym to help me get back on track and that is definitely the last time I eat one of those.
