I am thrilled to see the scale numbers dropping! I think this change might be my reward for sticking with my water bottle while the rest of the family dished out ice cream last night! :)
151.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Seeing the kids eat ice cream is hard. Esp for my hubby. Chips and ice cream are his biggest vice.

That's awesome! That's defiantly a hard thing to do without digging in yourself. It gets a little easier each time and eventually it's second nature.
