Yes, this is what a million bucks feels like!

Got up, stretched, hopped on the elliptical -- while there, played Candy Crush Soda, read a little of 2 Kings in the Bible, and did Bible Trivia -- translates into 44 minutes on the elliptical total -- 29 "easy" workout minutes, and 15 minutes cool down. Then outside to take the dog for her morning ritual. Got a great sweat on. Breakfast of champions -- 3 scrambled eggs with a little garlic and lemon/pepper seasoning, 1 cup of fresh peaches, and 1 container of Activia Greek yogurt. Downed with 28 fl oz of Lemon Ice Gatorade (didn't drink enough yesterday).

Funny thing...each morning, I'm not necessarily looking forward to climbing aboard the elliptical, but once I get into it, I'm golden!

Today we're on our 7th session of obedience training -- I decided to have her do another 6 weeks. Gives her some socialization with Dale and also she has to focus on what I want her to do, when I want her to do it. Lately, she has been a "Daddy's girl"....Guess it's cause she is a female? I do miss my boy. She's a good substitute at times--but so different!! (I know, I never expect any dog to fully replace Rufus -- he was awesome.)

Project peak is complete -- I was able to get our schedule of events over to the committee yesterday. Now I'm tying up loose ends. Hard to believe in just 29 days, the event will be held. Plus I have several other events to plan for before and after this main event.

Found the list of dentists in the area that are in-network -- the closest ones, there are 3. I emailed 2 of them last night and will need to call the 3rd, as they had no email. Hopefully we'll get this figured out where it won't break the HSA bank! Or add additional stress!

Here's looking forward to a weight loss tomorrow!!! (hopefully!)
