Good to be back down to the gym today. There were two women and a man doing some sort of circuit training, planks, sit ups, star jumps, thrusts squatts etc, with a bit of rowing and cross trainig thrown in. (Its the gym at my work so it only really fits about 10 people at the most, and once you reach 50% capacity it gets quite hot, even with the fans on. There is supposed to be air conditioning, but its as old as the building and doesnt work!). Anyway the group looked like they were in pain so I stuck to my own usuall routine, run, row, sit ups and a bit of fat burn on the tread mill as the cycle is still faulty. Felt good. I'm not a fanatic, but try to get down there two days a week at least or 3 days a week at the most! Last week killed me, no gym, no excerise and the FIFA womans world cup finals. So I watched the final match good to see Japan getting stuffed 5-2 by USA, 4-0 after 15 minutes. Now thats finnished though, my nighttime routine (including sleep!) can return to normal.
