Changed my RDI today, web siote recommended 2100 so changed it to 2000 I think 1500 was far to low. It's hard to judge, sometimes i eat a lot and can reach 100% quickly, other times I'm at 60% and thats just with breakfast and lunch. I cant eat the same thing everyday, for two reasons, 1) that would be bordering on obsessive and 2)I get bored easilly! I know diets are about variety AND understanding what you eat and how it affects your body, but you would be surprised how many people obsess over a set type of diet and only eat the same food day after day after day. Hmmm.... i'm stuck at the same weight now for two weeks, obviously dong something wrong, on holiday for a week next week so i'm hoping to not put any weight on. We'll see.

Been trying to follow diet plan to a reasonable level, almost cut out the snacks (the high sugar/fatty ones at least). Going to start weighing myself at the weekend, probably sunday to be honest, so may see a slight blip this week or maybe not. I always try and weigh myself at exactly the same time on the same day, as fluctations in time and day can affect weight slightly, also only ever use the same set of scales in exactly the same place. Call it OCD, but even analogue scales can be afected by variations in location. Hopefully I can start loosing a decent amount now i am back eating my salads. I even managed to turn down a Krispy Kreme donut last night whilst the rest of my family devoured them. :-( rotters.

Started to record what i eat over the weekend, as was very easy to snack at the weekend and not self discipline, if it's not recorded, i didnt eat it, sounds immature, but you would be very surprised how easy it is to forget what you eat at the weekend unless you are very strict and your like totally committed (which is hard in itself!). Also easy to forget to visit this web page at the weekend. So as i say, to help follow my diet plan "reasonably well" as it states in my profile, going to need to record food intake at the weekend too. Got back onto my sald diet, so happy, but no kitchen facilities at work, so thats a bit of a let down. Also find weekend is where the snacking creeps back in, so going to knock that on the head. Did it before and lost a good amount of weight, but then stress of moving house and job at the same time sort of through me off track. A couple of weeks of proper diet (which i know works) and i'll be loosing more than i am now (struggling at the moment to actually loose weihght at all).
